Red Pepper “Rusted Insignia” Patchwork Faded Straight Denim | Japanese Archive Style
Covered in military badges, skulls and stitched crests, this Red Pepper denim looks like a uniform from a gang that only existed after midnight. The indigo base is heavily washed, with sharp honeycomb creasing, dusty blue-white whiskering and rust-tan fading that settles into the knees and hems. Low-slung, loud and a little dangerous, it carries the full patchwork chaos of 2000s Tokyo street style.
Condition: Very good pre-loved condition, 9/10. Only light signs of usage, with natural fading and a faint distressed edge at the hem. The patches look secure and the overall structure is clean. The worn-in wash is part of the design.
Material: Structured denim with a washed, broken-in look. The deep indigo base is layered with yellow-tan and pale blue-grey highlights. Contrast orange stitching and red accent stitching at the belt loops and pocket edges add depth. The surface is covered in embroidered and woven patches.
Styling: Size M. Low-rise, straight and wide through the leg, so it falls long over boots or chunky sneakers. Measures 110 cm in length, 42 cm across the waist and 23 cm at the leg opening.
